No hidden fees and no transportation fees. Customers pay only for approved repair and parts.
Pickup and timing
Pickup availability depends on distance and scheduling. Easy repairs may be completed the same day; advanced board-level work may take one to two additional days.
Repair warranty
Repair warranty terms depend on the service and replacement part. Your receipt will state the warranty that applies to your repair.
Privacy
We collect only the contact and device information needed to answer requests, arrange pickup, perform repairs, and provide updates. We do not sell customer information.
Customer data and backups
Back up important data before service whenever possible. Repair work can involve risk to stored data, and data recovery is not guaranteed unless agreed separately.
Cancellation and parts
You may decline a quote before repair work begins. Special-order parts and completed diagnostic work may be non-refundable when disclosed and approved in advance.
Uncollected devices
Devices not collected after repeated notice may be subject to storage charges or disposal as permitted by applicable law and the signed repair authorization.
